Avalar Southern California Exceeding All Recruitment Goals for 2006
Corona, California (PRWeb) December 28, 2006 -- When Diamond Pacific Realty Corporation founder and CEO Carol Sebesta began her search for a new direction for her company she turned to a few national franchises to help with some fresh ideas. After she had met with several of the larger franchises it seemed that all they had to offer was more of the same "old school" thinking, offer your agents nothing. Take more money from them and give nothing back. "I knew that we needed to find some kind of system to help retain our agents actually grow our company and to offer them some benefit for working all the long hours that Realtors put in week after week".
Then along came Chuck Scoble and Avalar. "we had almost given up with the idea of franchising", Carol explained and then in walked Mr. Scoble himself. Not only was I shocked that a franchise owner would show up himself but that he actually took the time to sit and take questions from all my managers and staff about the Avalar System. That day Avalar Southern California was born.
Sales Manager Ron Cleary stated "The first thing we did after joing Avalar in June was take a real hard look at the Avalar system and set forth realistic goals for the remainder of 06. We decided that we needed to change direction within our company. We had a large amount of unproductive agents who were doing nothing to help the bottom line. We also needed a new office that could accomadate growth for the next 5 years. So we scaled back our agent roster to only 7 full time agents and moved our offices to a new 12,000 sq ft facility which could also house our Television Production Company (Real Estate TV) and that had great freeway exposure.
The answer to recruitment and retaining agents is simple Cleary said " One of the most amazing benefits of the Avalar system is the effect on morale which has been tremendous. When agents recruit other agents to be in their network there's the dual benefit of creating a powerful sales team as well as a harmonious environment where everyone works together because they all have a vested interest in each other's success". Cleary went on to say "When we went down to 7 full time agents we knew we had to work hard to bring those numbers back again and as of the end of 06 we will be at 28 agents and 8 support staff".
So what more do you give Realtors?
A "retirement strategy." It is simply an opportunity to leave the business while still collecting a regular income. Participants can continue to receive revenue-sharing even while ill, relocating, or changing life-styles.I And with one of the very best mentorship programs we can get new agents up and running in less than 30 days from receiving their license. One of the wonderful benefits of the system is that it creates an internal mentoring system just by virtue of how it's designed. Each sponsor helps the new Agent/Realtor create and implement more business, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because they literally have a vested interest in seeing that person succeed.
When asked about managing and retention of Realtors,Division Manager Kenyon Jenkins stated, "We offer free training, we also offer potential new agents an 18 day crash course to enable them to complete their California Principles course absolutley 100% free. We also offer hands-on assistance and provide tools to assure an Agents success. We allow them to hire in and from day one participate with any program we offer. Land development, investment groups and all other entities are accessible to all Agents. We also teach them how to take full advantage of our new revenue sharing and retirement program for all Agents and Managers and staff people."
With Avalar's dynamic revenue sharing and retirement program as well as its existing marketing programs, media production capabilities, training, and mentoring, Avalar Southern California is well positioned to succeed and is a great addition to the Avalar Network. Chuck Scoble, Avalar founder and CEO, said "we are excited about Carol and Ron coming on board. I am impressed with their programs and expect great things from Avalar Southern California!"
