Little did he realize then that he?d not just inherited a farmhouse land rather a fortune of a life time. Such is the power & impact of having a property in Gurgaon that t you can influence so many lives in just one shot.

Also the Phase I & III in DLF Gurgaon is basically a combination of Residential & Office space Gurgaon. Like in phase ?I of DLF, on one hand lies the DLF Corporate Park, DLF Tower which houses famous companies like Mc Kinsey Knowledge Centre & Honeywell International and on the other lies the famous & oldest apartments, the Silver Oaks, Gurgaon. Such is the value of real estate in Gurgaon that Corporate or residential, whatever the requirement may be, people are willing to pay for the exorbitant amount demanded for this.
