Infinity Business Systems' Golf Tournament Raised Funds for Special Operations Warrior Foundation
Tampa, FL (PRWeb) January 24, 2007 -- Infinity Business Systems (IBS) scored under par as it raised over $4,000 for Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) at its Inaugural Client Appreciation and Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, Dec. 8, at Pebble Creek Golf Club (PCGC).
Cisco Systems, Xerox, Synnex Corporation, Covad, Microsoft, Publix, Sandler Sales Institute and ValienteHernandez P.A. supported the event through sponsorship and donations.
Over 70 golfers were on the green at the 9 a.m. tee time. Mulligans and raffle tickets were sold, at check-in and on the golf course, with all of the proceeds going to SOWF. The raffle began at 2 p.m. with prizes including hardware and software donated by Microsoft, Dell, Epson, DataAssure, PCGC and a 32" Magnavox Widescreen LCD HDTV with built-in DVD.
The Client Appreciation and Charity Golf Tournament will benefit a different charity each year.
