On Saturday, January 27. the college course at the Menifee Valley Campus explored the shifting real estate market in Riverside County. Fisher shared her interior design and home staging techniques that helped sell an investment house in Riverside last December. She said, "Even during the holidays, typically the slowest time of the year, we received multiple offers within hours of listing and closed within 21 days."
Jeanette Fisher, whose family is being filmed for TLC's popular show Flip That House, also teaches interior design. Besides university textbooks, she is the author of Doghouse to Dollhouse for Dollars, Home Staging with Design Psychology, and other nonfiction books.
