Restaurant At Sea Trail Golf Resort & Conference Center Begins Renovations

(PRWeb) March 1, 2007 -- Sunset Beach, N.C. -- Sea Trail Golf Resort & Conference Center's restaurant has begun renovation. The restaurant, Magnolias is located in the Jones/Byrd clubhouse.

The newly-renovated restaurant will take on a crisp, stylish look with hardwood floors, pendant lighting and contemporary cabinets with granite tops. The bar area will be redone to include a new polished granite bar and a trey ceiling with special lighting. Bathrooms will be updated and renovated and a player piano will add to the facility's ambiance. The new restaurant will accommodate banquet seating and there will be new menu items for lunch and dinner. A children's menu, dessert menu and wine list will also be offered.

"We hope that the new look of our restaurant attracts locals, guests and meeting prospects to our wonderful property," said Nigel Cossey, director of food and beverage at Sea Trail Golf Resort & Conference Center. "The renovations of Magnolias give us the perfect setting to showcase Chef Tom Sullivan and the amazing dishes he prepares."

Magnolias' offers panoramic views of the 18th greens of both the Jones and Byrd courses. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner beginning March 3, 2007. Dinner is a la cart, daily specials are available, and a soup and salad bar. Reservations are encouraged for dinner.
