"We had been using an analog tape system for about 15 years. It's nice to be able to see which jobs are still outstanding and it allows the administrator to delegate jobs when necessary," Kim said. "Overall the main benefit for us is much shorter turn-around times and every job is traceable so they can't get lost in the system.
