Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) September 12, 2007 -- A new and innovative website has recently launched that is sure to make people aware of a very different side of Las Vegas.
WeRateVegas.com is an intriguing departure from the many websites that promote the "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas" mentality. Rather, WeRateVegas.com will provide its visitors with high quality video clips of the many off-the-Strip activities and venues available to locals or tourists who are looking to venture out of the casinos.
Each week, hosts Denise Delzell and Krista Simonsen will visit and experience first-hand various restaurants, boutiques, historical sites, concerts, movies, etc. and provide a light-hearted but informative video review.
"As someone who moved here from another state, I know how hard it is to find fun things to do outside of the usual activities people associate with Vegas," said Denise. "Things like finding a good local restaurant, a great place to listen to music or a reliable pet care service."
But don't expect these two blondes to be all business and no fun when they get on location.
"We're not about doing serious reporter-like interviews," said Krista. "We'll leave that to the news channels. We're looking to give our visitors a realistic and fun review that also captures the essence of what we experienced. So it will be something people can relate to and have a good time with."
Behind the scenes making it all come together is Scott Buzz. Scott has worked in Hollywood on major studio films and television shows and has since moved back to his home town of Las Vegas.
"When Denise and Krista approached me with this project, I could immediately relate to its vision," said Scott. "I honestly think this has the potential of being something totally innovative and ground-breaking in terms of providing a different view of Las Vegas. Our goal is to show you OUR Las Vegas, not just the one you see on TV."
