The general consensus of the meetings is the region needs more marketing to attract more North American retirees, more infrastructure, and more affordable housing for the growing local population.

The Lending Gateway team has planed additional trips to the area to work with the local government to secure humanitarian project funding to assist not only in hotel and resort construction, but also to create jobs and aid the local economy.
